About the Role

This role plays a vital part in the day-to-day operations of our office, offering a variety of responsibilities including:

  • Providing administrative support to both the Sales and Property Management teams
  • Preparing and processing sales and property management documentation accurately
  • Communicating professionally with all clients
  • Assisting with general office administration tasks as needed
  • Managing and maintaining accurate digital records and databases
  • Answering calls and delivering high-quality customer service as a key point of contact

 

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

  • Friendly, approachable, and professional in both appearance and manner
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Position Details

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 1:00pm (negotiable)
  • Location: Roxby Downs Office
  • Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Our Sales team is responsible for providing exceptional service to vendors and purchasers, ensuring customer needs are met to the highest standards through effective relationship and client management.

Wardle Co Real Estate is seeking an energetic person who is highly motivated and has a strong interest in building a great career in real estate. It is essential the individual is reliable and has a strong drive to succeed.

 

Duties include:

  • Sales marketing, including digital and social media marketing
  • Meeting and communicating with clients on a regular basis
  • Negotiating agreements and contracts
  • Responding to email and phone enquiries
  • Preparing sales documents

 

The position requires:

  • Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with clients of various ages and backgrounds
