Wardle Co Real Estate services a large area of South Australia offering Real Estate Sales and Marketing, Leasing, Clearing Sales/Auctions, Property Management and Livestock Sales and Marketing on the Yorke Peninsula. Whilst priding itself on exceptional customer service based on honesty, integrity and experience an excellent opportunity exists at our Roxby Downs office for an Office Manager.


Reporting to the General Manager, the main duties include assisting with:

  • Providing receptionist and administrative support.
  • Greeting walk-in customers, distributing messages, responding to email and phone enquiries, and processing daily mail.
  • Filing documents and record keeping in accordance with company organisational procedures.
  • Ensuring records are professionally managed and the branch complies with company audit requirements.
  • Creating documents and entering data in various databases.
  • Assisting Sales/Property Management staff with administration duties.
  • Maintaining a tidy office and managing stationery stocks.


The position requires:

  • Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with clients of various ages and backgrounds.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Honesty and reliability.
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Publisher and Excel.
  • Current Driver’s Licence.
  • Experience preferred.


On the job training provided.


Hours 9:00am – 1:00pm, Monday – Friday
