About the Role

As Inspection Manager, you will be responsible for inspecting and reporting to landlords and assisting with coordinating maintenance for our rental properties in Port Pirie surrounding areas.

Your key duties include:

  • Conducting routine property inspections
  • Completing ingoing and outgoing inspection reports
  • Coordinating maintenance and follow-ups after inspections
  • Responding to phone and email enquiries professionally
  • Filing and managing documentation in line with company procedures
  • Ensuring accurate records and assisting with branch compliance and audit requirements

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with clients from all backgrounds
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive, reliable, and highly organised
  • Honest, proactive, and driven to succeed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Publisher, and Excel
  • Holder of a current Driver’s Licence

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience while helping keep our office running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming clients and providing professional front-of-house reception
• Managing phone and email enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Acting as the key contact for Form 1s/Vendor Statements across the company
• Preparing, managing and filing documentation in line with company procedures
• Maintaining accurate records and assisting with compliance requirements
• Providing administrative support to our sales team and wider office
