Wardle Co Real Estate have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and hard working individual to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a full time Office Manager/Administration Officer for our head office located in Port Pirie in the Mid North of South Australia.

 Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting Sales & Property Management team
  • Answering and directing calls
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Data entry
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, greeting all clientele, assisting with enquiries
  • Filing, mail and banking
  • Responsible for office presentation
  • Assist with preparation, co-ordination and proofing of marketing materials
  • Database management
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise

Suitable applicants would need to demonstrate:

  • A friendly, welcoming and positive attitude
  • A strong sense of pride in your presentation
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Be well organised and have a proactive approach
  • Punctual attendance
  • Be well spoken and have refined communication skills
  • Is competent using Microsoft office programs
  • Real Estate Certificate of Registration is a bonus
