Duties include:

  • Sales marketing, including digital and social media marketing

We are currently seeking applications for a Property Manager to join our team at our head office in Port Pirie. You will be working alongside two experienced Property Managers, within an award-winning team.

Due to ongoing growth, we are open to applications from either experienced Property Managers or candidates who are enthusiastic about building a career in real estate and eager to learn. Wardle Co will provide full on-the-job training and support, including assistance in obtaining any certificates required to perform the role.

The main duties include:

  • Appraisals, preparing tenancy documents, routine inspections, rent arrears, organising property maintenance, and regular communication with tenants and landlords.
  • Actively seeking and listing new managements.
  • Digital marketing of rental properties.
  • Responding to email and phone enquiries.
  • Filing documents in accordance with company organisational procedures.
  • Ensuring records are professionally managed and the branch complies with company audit requirements.

  • Property Management license
