The Wardle Co Real Estate and Livestock network services a large area of South Australia offering Real Estate Sales and Marketing, Leasing, Clearing Sales/Auctions, Property Management and Livestock Sales and Marketing.

Our nine-office network provides broad market saturation with offices strategically located to provide the largest possible sales reach. With offices in Port Pirie, Jamestown, Crystal Brook, Peterborough, Wallaroo, Kadina, Moonta, Roxby Downs and Broken Hill and agents on the Yorke Peninsula, our depth of exposure reaches a broad area in the north of the state.

The company was originally established at Crystal Brook as a livestock agency in 1988 as Wardle and Butterfield. In 1996, Tom Wardle became the sole proprietor and renamed the company Wardle Co.

Whilst the company has undergone many changes since its inception, Director James Wardle and our valued team have continued to grow the real estate and livestock business to where it is today.

Our friendly team all live and work within our local communities and enjoy what our regions have to offer. We are members of the Real Estate Institute of South Australia and the Society of Auctioneers and Appraisers SA and our team are qualified and attend regular training and personal development workshops.

In conjunction with the growth of our real estate sales team, over three decades, the property management and livestock division has grown to establish the Wardle Co brand as the region’s leading independent Real Estate and livestock agency. NYP Real Estate have merged with the Wardle group and will continue to provide the Copper Coast with the outstanding service our clients have become accustomed to.
