Martin started with the company in 1984 completing his Diploma in Real estate Sales and Accounting. Martin has been the Manager of the Real Estate business since this time as well as over seeing the accounting and reporting of financials to the Director Tom Wardle. On the restructure of the Business in early 2010 Martin was appointed General Manager. Martin has been the most successful sales consultant for Wardle Co over the years and continues to impress. Having respect between both Management, Employees and all of our Clients makes a strong, successful Business.

James joined the company in 2010 as a sales consultant after having worked as a residential/rural valuer for Knight Frank Valuations. James has completed the Property Degree at University as well as a Diploma in Real Estate Management. James specialises in rural/residential sales and leasing and is focused on providing an honest, quality service to the local communities.

Sean has 10 years experience within the Real Estate industry in Port Pirie and the surrounding area. Sean was Born and raised in Port Pirie and is an active member of the local community. Specialising in residential/small-acreage and commercial sales, Sean has a sound knowledge of the local area and its people.

Tania has been with Wardle Co since 2002 and has over 23 years local real estate experience. Having such a wealth of experience within the industry allows you to feel comfortable in knowing that what ever situation arises the chances are Tania has seen it. Tania offers you peace of mind when it comes to the complex business of renting, with experience in trust accounting, exceptional local knowledge, up to date Real Estate Management systems and a professional management service tailored to your needs.

Kaela has been with Wardle Co since the beginning of 2010 as an assistant Property Manager. Kaela assists in property inspections, applications as well as maintenance issues.

Jodie has been involved in real estate for 15 years and has been with Wardle Co for 10 years in various roles including administration, real estate sales, livestock accounts and accounting. Jodie's current role is to manage the head office which entails looking after the day to day administration/front office duties of the business.

Ali has been working in real estate since 2003 in Roxby Downs and began her career in property management. She has since been working for Wardle Co Real Estate in sales for the last 5 years servicing many investors and owner occupiers secure wealth in the booming mining town of Roxby Downs. Ali is passionate about real estate and is committed to providing a professional, honest service to her clients at all times.

Samantha is an experienced Property Manager within Roxby Downs and is focused on providing the local region with a quality management service. Samantha has lived and worked in Roxby Downs for a number of years and understands the local rental market as well as what is required to facilitate both landlords and tenants

Tony Clark has had over 30 years experience within the livestock industry and is also a registered Real Estate consultant. Tony specialises in rural/residential real estate sales and provides an honest reliable service. Tony has lived in Maitland for 10 years and is heavily involved in the local community, currently on the Central YP Cougars Fotball Club committee, APEX club member, chairman of the central YP airstrip fund as well as sponsoring a number of other clubs within Maitland.

Stockagent - Yorke Peninsula Trevor has been a grain & livestock farmer in the Minlaton area all his working life, including running a sizeable cattle feedlot for that time in the 1980’s and 1990’s. TJ & CA Cleland purchased a livestock franchise in 1995 to allow son Clayton to stay home on the farm and in 2002 joined the Wardle Co team. Trevor and wife Cherie have seen the business grow to service all of SYP as well as the Curramulka area.

Nyree started with the company in 2010 as the Livestock/Accounts Manager and is responsible for processing the contracts for our Livestock Agents and handles the outgoing and incoming payments for these accounts. Nyree manages the accounts payable & receivable as well as the bookkeeping & payroll processing.
